Overview:
As people and professionals, we have all been through a lot as result of COVID and the lingering impacts can still be felt so it’s critical to make the best of every skill in your toolkit as well as continuously be developing new ones.  But where do you start?  What if we could fast track your journey by sharing the secrets of highly successful professionals and how they differentiate themselves?

Their secret is called Emotional Intelligence or EI for short…it is the ability to harness the power of our emotions to fuel a sense of purpose, communicate more assertively, build productive relationships, make better decisions and deal with stressors with more ease. In fact, research shows that Emotional intelligence may be even more important than IQ for success at work and in life.

During this webinar, we will cover the following.

  • Demystify Emotional Intelligence by explaining what it is and what it isn’t
  • Explain why being emotionally effective is a distinct competitive advantage
  • Review the key components of emotional intelligence and relatable workplace examples
  • Explore the differences between IQ and EQ (Emotional Quotient)
  • Learn proven & easy tips to take your emotional intelligence skills to the next level

Attendees will receive presentation materials after the webinar. Note: this presentation is live only and will not be recorded.
